Oh my goodness sweetie.  This is actually very good news.  Please give her anything & everything you can possibly think about to show that you a genuine couple & you are privileged for having this opportunity to be interviewed.  Include a letter from a friend or family member who has seen the two of you together.  Keep a record of your chats & video calls.  Talk about regular things that couples would discuss.  Don't overdo it because it will appear like you are pretending.  Chat about his day, what challenges did he face, where did he go & yours as well.  Along with that, you can chat a little bit about your future plans but again, don't overdo it.  Present natural conversations.  This is the last time to present everything you have.  Tell your fiance to be humble & gracious when communicating with the consular.  Something simple like "thank you for allowing me to be interviewed again" & etc are always good.  Show appreciation for another opportunity.  I feel good about this time.  Also, the way your fiance is dressed is just as important.  I would not suggest jeans, although many people wear them.  Casual pants & a nice shirt or even a jacket over the shirt.  This is an interview, which is a big deal, just like a job interview.

I am so very sorry.  This process takes a lot out of you.  I truly hope that this time things will work out.  You also have the option of simply getting married & file for a spousal visa or move to your fiance's country.  Don't let this process stop the two of you from being together.  Please let me know the results after the interview.  Always, best wishes............
