  1. I have been in the group and I have been following all the comments and everything it helps prepare for anything uscis is bringing to every one of us ...so I decide to share my own story ....so I submitted my I-751on January 20, 2017, and i got all necessary documents that I suppose to get after the submission and ever since then I heard nothing from uscis I called and do some info still nothing so I decide to file for my N400 which I did in April 30th, 2018 and exactly 3 months after the submission of the N400 I received interview which is today Sept 4th, 2019 12:35 pm in Greer South Carolina I got to my appointment at 12 pm and I was there for thirty minutes before I was called in as soon as i got in he placed me on oath and he said i still have i-751 pending which mean they will have to deal with that firt before moving to the N400 and i said okay .....he asked me if I'm still with my wife and i said yes he hasked me if there is anything to demostrate that we still together ..i ghave him the deeds of the house we just bouth about a month ago...i gave him the new house bill with the two names on it and etc.....he told me he's good to go to the N400 i said okay they gave me stuff to read and write which i did and they ask me questions and he stop on the 6th one and he finally told me that he won't be able to say approved to me because he sent email to California to give him the authority to adjudicate the 751 that as soon as he got something back i will hear from them he said he usually takes two to three days ..does anyone knows whats going to happen ????

Was the interview scheduled for the N400 or the I751?  If the N400, then no additional information is required except for any evidence of international travel that may have occurred since filing the N400, or any traffic citations you may have incurred, or job changes, etc..  As to the I751,bring any new evidence you may have received or created in the past 19 months.

    Good Luck!

thanks for your reponse and yes its just for N400...the letter didnt say nothing about 751

  3. I submitted my N400 on April 30 and now they told me they schedule my interview that kind of too soon probably because I called them on Wednesday to ask about my 19 month submitted i-751 to California center please someone should advise what kind of documents do I need to go with plus me and my wife live with her sister since when I got here and I just got a house in my name and her name on the deed would that be a good evidence

Hi guys, I’ve applied for I751 since January 2017 , and N400 January 2018 , it’s been 18.8 months now waiting, should I go to my local office to check my case or just wait , any advice

It’s look like you and I submitted the same time and yes I haven’t heard nothing but I have a feelings January 2017 California filers would start hearing from uscis soon.

If CSC is handling your case, it is going to be a long time as it has been backed up for quite a while.  If you apply for CSC without applying for 400 when you are eligible for it, it will be about 18 to 20.5 months, if you apply for 400 while 751 is pending, it will be anywhere from 17 months  to 2 years and 9.5 months. Inevitably, by the time you are eligible for 400, your 751 will probably still be pending, you can go ahead and apply for 400, they will probably combine both and adjudicate both. Either way, it is going to be a while, especially under Trump, it is getting more difficult and he has purposely slowed down or tried to stop the legal immigration. And also the new policy will start on 9/11/2018 where the adjudicators can just deny you without giving you the second chance or RFE. Good luck, it will be a long journey, but it is important to use the limited resources provided by USCIS and monitor the process of your cases. Good luck.

Thank you so much bro I don’t know if there is anybody on here file in January 2017 to California have heard something ....just trying to see if it’s everybody not just me and info pass won’t give no available appointment
