Does USCIS or USA care where a couple get's marry? For example: I am a US citizen, and my fiance soon to be spouse is from Cambodia. We decide that we want to get marry in Thailand, but file our i130 selecting US Embassy in Cambodia for the interview. Is this legal, and will there be any red flags?

Does he have a good chance that if he marries his now fiance that the petition would get approve?

So far what I gather together is the below. I'm only looking for fee's paid to USCIS or states dept. I know there are other fees that I am missing. Someone please bridge the gap for me.

$535 - i130 application fee

$325 - IV

$450 - Medical examine/vaccination shots

$120 - Affidavit of support review

$220 - USCIS Immigrant Fee (Assuming this is DS260/261)

Greetings everyone. I'm sure that this has been answered many times already, but I cannot seem to find a current fee/cost break down of the I-130 from start to finish. Can someone please get me the numbers and break it down into what fees.

What the US Embassy in Laos did for a friend of mines case is they sent her an email with instructions on what to do. When you submit the i129f did you include your contact number and email. If you included an email then definitely check there. 

I am inquiring this on visa journey for a friend who is in need of some advice. I'm going to give some background information so please bear with me. My friend Jerry has initially petition for his girlfriend at the time to come to USA on a fiance visa. Half way through the process she decides to leaving him. He then meets his now fiance, and decides to petition for her to come over. Believing the the first petition has expire he decides to send in the second petition. Don't ask why he did it.. I already did and it got no where  Both petition has been denied by USCIS.  His current fiance, and him have an ongoing relationship for 4 years now. They are getting marry and will be filing the I-130. What are his chances of getting the i130 approve and if anyone could give any recommendations as to what he should do ahead or while submitting the i130.

Sent my i130 in on May 8th 2018, and received a priority date of May 10 and a Notice date of May 15. Potomac is the processing center for mine.
