Hello everyone, 

My husband had the interview on 06/13/2018 they refused his visa with 221 g form and told him to get a new joint sponsor and upload the documents on ceac.state.gov website. But if we try to add the documents to the website they are getting uploaded on behalf of the previous joint sponsor (Rejected). It is not giving us the option to add the new joint sponsor. I heard they will give us the option to do that but i'm not sure if thats correct. 

NOTE: Our case is filled electronically so we can not email any documents to the embassy. Everything has to be uploaded onto the website. 

YOU CAN SEE THE IMAGE BELOW THAT I ALSO HAVE ONE JOINT SPONSOR WHICH GOT REJECTED.  I DO NOT HAVE ANY OPTION TO UPLOAD THE NEW ONE!!

Hey guys, my husband also had the interview yesterday and they’re asking to upload the new joint Sponsor on ceac. I don’t see any option to that. I deleted the previous joint sponsor from ceas because it was rejected. I’m so worried now because my case is expedited. I thought maybe by deleting that it will help me somehow!!

Did you upload the documents on ceac website? My husband also had the interview yesterday and they said we need to upload the new joint sponsor on ceac? We are confused how to do that because its not letting us upload a new joint sponsor!!! How did you do that? Did you deleted the previous joint sponsor and added the new one?

Hey, did they accept your scan copy of form I-864 or do we need to bring the original copy to the interview?

What did you guys send them as a proof of domicile? How long was she in Pakistan for and is the petitioner US citizen?

How much was the income on your joint sponsor?

NVC never told you that your income was not enough for joint sponsor?? They approved everything without reviewing it? 

Hey everyone, our expedite request has been approved and now our case is currently at Islamabad Embassy. I’m bit confused 😞 Do we Schedule our own date for the interview or wait till they tell us to do that?? I’m calling the Embassy but they’re not picking up!! Help plz 

Hello...our expedite request was also approved. Did they schedule you for the interview or you did it by yourself?

My Case has been Completed just today at NVC any idea how long it will take for us to get an interview date at Islamabad embassy ..?

Makes no difference at the time of interview. What matters is that you enter the USA at the same time as, or before, your husband immigrates. Not after.

I'm the petitioner and i've submitted everything to NVC for my husband. We should be getting the interview date soon. My question is that I'm in Pakistan right now. Do you guys think that they will make any issue at the interview that am here? I heard that the petitioner should be in USA not sure if thats correct or not!!! 

Once the payment go through you will have the access to complete AOS form and D-261. It will take 3-5 working days for your payment to be process. Also, NVC don't accept any documents by mail now everything has to be scanned and uploaded on to the website.
