Sent my application May 1
Received and signed by Moya to confirm the delivery on May 3
No check cashed yet or nothing.
Saw on the spreadsheet some folks already had their checks cashed and everything.
anyone else waiting for an application received in early May?
starting to get concerned.
As you can see from previous posts, early April filers are still waiting for movement, you've got a bit longer to wait!

Hey Guys!
Anyone else whose package was received on April 12 @ CSC? I didn't get my NOA and cheque has not been cashed yet. Anyone else on the same boat as I am?
Yes I’m in exactly the same boat as you! Received April 12th at CSC, no NOA or check cashed yet. Looks like they’ve been doing April 9th ones today so I’m hoping they will get to us either this week or early next week.

CSC are currently processing early April applications, they should get to yours in a week or two. They received mine April 12 and I still haven’t heard anything. Don’t worry they’re moving again now so shouldn’t take too long.

Thanks for the reassurance. The agent I talked to seemed pretty blasé about it and said I should just stop payment on the cheque and resubmit. Glad I found this forum or I might have followed that advice today.
Seeing as how someone who filed on the 6th just got their cheque cashed i feel better about waiting another few days/a week in the hopes that mine gets chashed. If nothing happens by friday i'll probably call back and of course, i'll keep checking peoples progress here to gauge when mine might get cashed <,<.You filed the exact same day as me, I'll be sure to update when/if mine gets cashed!

VSC only started processing early April applications last week, they will get to yours soon. For us CSC filers the wait continues.

I just told him my personal experience with VSC, I do think it’s better to call since he filed early April, and most people filed in early April at VSC received the NOA
So you were calling them (and had your NOA sent to you) before 30 days were even up? Sounds like you've been pretty lucky compared to everyone else on this forum....

If you had called them just once you would see why it is a moot point, if you had called them 3 times you'd have to pick and choose which answer out of the 3 different given by them you prefer.
Exactly, there's no point in calling them at this stage, they're not going to tell you anything different than what has previously been said on this forum.

Good news CSC filers.
I just received this practice alert re: delays in CSC filing from the American Immigration Lawyers Association:
As of Monday, May 14, 2018, the CSC has started to key-in I-751 petitions again in first in / first out order, starting with those received in early April. Members should start to see receipt notices for I-751 petitions very soon. The CSC date stamps I-751 petitions with the date they are received by the CSC and this receipt date should be reflected on the receipt notices. The CSC advised that there is no need to file duplicate petitions, as doing so could cause confusion and additional delays. Further updates will be provided as they become available.
Great News!! Thanks!

Some Tier 2 agents told people to resend when they called a couple of weeks ago ... So I am sure a lot of people already did that and will lose their money.
Yep, probably. I’m sure somewhere down the line there will be some kind of recourse to obtain the money back. In the meantime I’d stick with the most recent advice of not refiling and just waiting for that 60day timeline, however frustrating or inconvenient that may be. No point in clogging the system with identical applications, they’re clearly not geared up to even deal with the amount they’re currently receiving!

We mailed our I-751 on 4/13, received by USCIS on 4/16 but still the check has not been cashed yet. Anyone who mail the I-751 around the same time? Have you guys hear anything yet?
Thanks!
Cease it to California? If so there are about 50 people on this forum that are still waiting for checks to be cashed and NOA’s you’re going to have to wait for 60 days from them receiving it (for now)

Where? VSC or CSC?

60 days is what I was told by a tier 2 USCIS rep yesterday on the phone...

We had a similar experience.
When filing our petition we realized that they had actually put the wrong date on my green card (they had put our entry and hence expiry date over a month after I arrived in the country), we made an infopass appointment and the guy said to file our petition to remove conditions with a letter explaining that we were actually within the 90 day timeframe of the date stamped in our passport. Of course, despite including a letter explaining things we got our whole package returned to us saying we had to wait to file 90 days before my green card is due to expire. The most frustrating thing is if they had actually printed the correct date on my green card I probably wouldn't have been caught up in this delay. It didn't take them long to reject it first time around so they were clearly opening them pretty quickly back in March! This waiting game is just so demoralizing, I know that others have it a lot tougher but it just seems like needless stress. I'm so glad I found this forum, it definitely helps knowing I'm not the only one going through this!

Hi all,
Glad (although slightly sad) to see I'm not the only one in this boat.
Application was received at CSC on 4/12, I haven't heard anything since. I rang today, no record of it in the system and was told to wait another 30 days.As someone has previously said, they're now advising a 60 day wait time. Now I just have to try and stop checking my bank account every day!
