  1. On April 25, few days after filing for N400 my I751 case got transferred nbc Leems summit mo. Is anyone in the same situation?

I filed on 23April 2019, notices says received date is May 2019. Then it got transferred to Nebraska office, nothing heard for few months and then I filed for N400 and this triggered another case transfer on my I 751.

I read on other forums that this might be a sign for an interview. Any thoughts?

  2. I have a question for those who filed their N400 form. As far as I understand, currently N400 forms should be filed online with few exceptions. I logged in to my account and started to fill out the form, then I logged out since I couldn’t finish everything at one shot. The next time I logged in my form wasn’t there. But I clearly remember that I saved my form, and it explicitly say I the USCIS instruction that the form can be filled out in different sessions.

so I was wondering anyone else has faced the same issue?

  3. Hi everyone, an April filer here. I have a question for those who filed for N400. Did you attached to your application any letter indicating that your I-751 is still pending? If yes, can you provide that template here?

I am also about to send my N400 application and have been adviced to add a letter to my application which says my I-751 is still pending. I’m looking for a good template/words to put in the letter. Any help is appreciated.

Ah, is this really what would happen? I have an appointment booked to get a stamp (both for the traveling and for the social security renewal), although I know technically you don't need it, the people working in these places don't seem to always know that..

They don't necessarily get ur green card unless it is expired. I just went to Uscis office in San Jose yesterday, I walked in without any appointment and asked for a stamp. If u have a emergency traveling plan, they will stamp ur passport. My green card expires end of July, so they returned it back to me. It was very smooth.

     Hi guys,

Today I went to my biometric appointment, and Dmv to renew my driver license.

Everything went well, The only documents they need at the DMV are your green card and I – 797.

    Now is the waiting time.

just want to give you guys a few updates. Thanks

Hi, how long after NoA1 did u received ur biometrics letter?

I filed April on CSC and got my NOA1 a month ago, but no biometrics letter yet!
