Please follow the instructions provided on the notice. We will notify you by mail when a decision is made. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283 to update your address. You can use our processing dates to estimate when your case may be processed by following the link below. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case by registering in the link below.

I am filing for AOS for my wife now. On the affidavit for support do you include your former spouses income on the prior three years of income if you were married during that time? Haven't had much time to reply to this, but Maymay landed in Portland at 7:40 pm last night. Life is good

Maymay landed in Washinton DC at 3pm this afternoon. and thanks to her next connection being delayed for over an hour she will make her conncection. When I spoke to her (FINALLY!!!) She said everything was OK and that she is really tired. I'm so excited I can't wait to hold her now

It was suggested to me on another thread to have documents verified BEFORE interview but it was very vauge. How, if possible, is this done? What documents need verifying and and where do I send my Sweetie to do this?

Yes, you need to get her to Pay Delbros in advance of the interview for them to submit the documents to the NSO. I believe the fee is 650 pesos for it.

In preparation for the visa interview, please bring the original receipt (from Metrobank as back-up) and a copy to give the USE in order to validate the payment of the document verification fee was paid as part of the required documents."

Maymay has a Globe Roaming Sim (it's all she could get) and I want to Contact her during her trip to the US. How do I dial to her number to make sure she gets it and someone in the philippines doesn't get my call. I think I had that issue when she had her globe sim in the phone. I was getting someone else and neither of them seemed to hear me.

I will be needing to contact her in Tokyo and eventually in Washington when she arrives in the states tomorrow.

Make sure you call the number on the text in a couple of days to see if the Visa is in the office in Davao

They may not contact you for delivery instructions. That's what happened to us. We had to contact them to arrange for delivery

It's Official, she now has the visa in hand!!!!

Finally, after nearly three weeks of waiting since it was released. I had to call Delbros and they gave me the number of the office that the visa was sent to when it went out for delivery last May 16. We recieved no text message asking for delivery instructions during those two weeks. The only text we got from them was about ten days ago when she texted them about the status of her visa. There was no contact number to arrainge for delivery.

Maymay called the office number and she was told that they would look for it and call back later in the day. She got that call and then arranged for her to get it delivered tomorrow.

We are almost done!!

Yes I have those numbers and for some reason I can't call them from here. I even tried to Email something but no answer yet.

Has anybody actually called Delbros? Specifically internationally? I am trying to find out why it is taking so long for them to deliver Maymay's VISA. No reply from her texts and I keep getting an "invalid number" or no answer when I call. THIS SUCKS!!!!

Well, it's been over 2 weeks since the embassy released the Visa to Delbros and we are still waiting for delivery. Looks like another postpponed flight. Provincial Delivery in 5-7 days?..I don't think so

Sorry to Vent, it's getting frustrating...I know she'll get it soon but sometimes I wonder

I keep doing the the trucking system of Delbros to know what is going on..... I did get answer last week but today i keep trucking but i can't receive anything.... always CONNECTION HAS TIME OUT....... is there anybody here has the same situation.... i've been doing it for 3 hours now..... i'm so tired of it.......

Best you can really do is keep trying. I know how you feel, sometimes I wonder if they keep in on during the weekends and in the evenings, but I did get an update today.

i guess everyone should try to post each result so we can have some good data on each case.
