Im not in US. I meant it the interview at the Embassy before getting the visa stamped. Everything is so recent, that's why I didn't write ex fiancé

Hi everybody,

My ex fiancé and me broke up. Actually he broke up with me because he thinks I cheated on him which it is not the case. We already got the visa but we won't proceed with the interview. 

He is threatening me with reporting me for visa fraud now. What I can do? How will affect me in the future if I go to US? Do I have to go to court?

Hi everyone,

Ive just received my NOA2. Since the case is getting longer Im scared my criminal reports will not be valid by the time of the interview. I will have to ask for leave again to go to the countries I have lived in to get new ones. 

Is it 6 months validity? Where can I find this legal information?

Hi everybody!

My name is Alicia and me and my fiance have submitted the 129f visa, receiving NOA1 on May 2018. I am currently working abroad in the United Arab Emirates, so we introduce this details as our embassy.

Since I would like to visit my fiance and the processing time is taking long,  I am thinking to come back to my country, Spain. The currently processing times are 7-9 months, and I am struggling with the distance. I was thinking to move the case to an embassy in Spain and being able to visit him on a tourist visa while we get the approval.

How can I change my direction/country as a beneficiary?

Will it slow down/interfere the process?

Do you know similar cases?
