It's a pain because you have to wait for a callback, but a Tier 2 Officer can check the status using your A-number.

I should add that I'm an immigration attorney also stuck in the same boat as everyone else in this thread  It hurts to know that there's nothing I can do for my clients because there's really nothing I can do for myself except to be patient and wait.

The practice pointer is only available to members. 

The receipt date is the date a USCIS facility received the package. If you sent to a PO Box, USCIS receipt is the day afterwards because the mail is collected from the PO Box in the AM before new mail comes in.

I saw up there that somebody attempted to pay with credit card. That only applies if the petition goes to a Lockbox Facility so when the addressee is the Phoenix or Dallas Lockbox.

The I-751 either goes to CSC or VSC, so Form G-1450 is most likely not to be accepted. You cannot pay by credit card for an I-751 yet.
