We got married in Seattle as well & i was very confused why i had to sign my marriage certificate in my maiden name but after a week or two, you can go to get your certified marriage license and with that paper i went to the dmv and got my driver license with my new name. AOS, AP & EAD we applied with my new name. Opened a bank account with the new name etc. Make sure you get a few copies of the certified marriage license, you will need it for the AOS package. 

I brought a little cash and the rest i transferred via TRANSFERWISE once i had my american bank account. Its safe, easy, takes a few days, rates are good and commissions very low

Hallo meine Lieben, ich bin gerade dabei das Pack 3 zusammen zu stellen und bin etwas irritiert bzgl der Unterlagen von meinem US Verlobten. Reicht bei dem i134 nur die letzte Steuererklärung also W2 oder was habt ihr da noch alles mitgeschickt?? Man liest immer so viel verschiedenes und bin jetzt super confused😌

Hi, kann mir jemand sagen, ob das "Gerücht" stimmt, dass in Frankfurt verlangt wird, dass man auf den US size  biometrischen Fotos die Ohren sehen "muss"? Wäre sehr erfreut über eure Erfahrungen

Hello everyone, i have got my NOA 2 a few days ago and yesterday i took my photos for my medical and US VISA. The Format is correct but im so afraid now because today i read online that it is preferbaly requiered to see the ears?!?!?!?! Will my photo be ok without ears showing since i have Long hair and let my hair down for the Photo. How did you guys do it??? please help

Hey, i have a question regarding the Packet 3 also. I took my US Visa Photos yesterday but my ears arent showing, the Website says it is preferbaly required. Is a Picture without my ears showing acceptable ?
