Hello Family, I hope everyone is doing great. I had vaca approved May 2022, I-485 interview on May 17 2023, they issued rfe and I ssubmitted it and they recieved it May 31st 2023, there is still no update online except that the rfe was issued, so I went to local office, they guy confirmed , that they did receive the required medical and they interviewing officers has it in her file, but I don't know why they are still working on it and hadn't made any decision, it's been over three months. I couldn't talk to the lady. he said just wait because they are working on case by case basis. any idea why the delay and how much longer I might have to wait?

It's been 90 days already, there should be no harm inquiring about it. I see thank you. I am still waiting to get the call for the info pass, I hope everything works out soon.

Thank you dear, that's what I'm planning to do as well, I have already called in for to get a copy of the medicals, and I'm still waiting to get the info pass appointment call back. I wasn't sure, if I could ask for the supervisor at the info pass appointment or not. Thank you for the clarification.

Hello Family, I hope everyone is doing well. it's nice to see a lot of approvals. I have a delima, I had Vawa based I-485 interview on May 17 2023, the issued a medical RFE, which I submitted and they received it on May 31st, 2023, since then it has been radio silence, nothing is updated on their website and I have not received any letters regarding it. I did go in for an infoPass on August 1st, but they couldn't tell me anything about the case, either they received the case or not. the lady just read the online update and said it's pending a review with officer. I fixing to get an other info pass appoint since it's been over 60 business days and almost 3 months now, since they received the medical. can I talk to someone at local office to verify if they have the medical rfe mail in hand or not.? any suggestion will be really helpful, it's been a painful waiting period.
