Morning everyone!

I had a quick question for any CR1/IR1 filers....how did you do you tax amendments? Did you just send in the 1040x with a copy of your marriage certificate?

I'm trying to figure this out and I'm really confused!! Lol

I haven't been on here in forever. With contemplating a divorce, a new job, schoolwork, and the other stresses of life I've just been keeping to myself. Not sure what's what with everyone but I hope life is treating you all well...

I had a question...hubby is trying to get his passport and said he's having trouble because his father's name is not on his passport. Has anyone had this problem before?

Haven't signed on in ages. Things went downhill with Lance and I. He never even got his passport or anything for us to continue with the CR1. I've decided to file for a divorce. Has anyone done this before or have any idea how I can go about doing so?

Congrats Quanna! Yeah, I'm around more lol my spirits have been lifted. I filed in April and hadnt heard much from USCIS until August...it was a rough time for me and hubby. But things are looking good now and moving along quickly! I'm gonna wait until the interview since its just a few months away. I'm praying for an early December date...dont want to be alone for Christmas. How are Roger and the kids?

Hi everyone! Just got my NOA2 in the mail today. Thanks for the invite to the thread christeen! I called NVC and they told me 2-4 weeks until I get the number lol guess i'm a little too excited. Gonna read the thread so I can be prepared for what's to come
