I am legally married to my first wife in the US. I obtained my permanent residency through my marriage to her. We are not divorced. I married another woman two years ago in my home country.  I applied for USC. 

Here are my questions:

1. Is it still bigemy in the US since my US marriage is the legal one and the second is not recognized 

2. Will USCIS find out about my second marriage

3. If my wife here in the US reported my second marriage but has no evidence how seriously will USCIS take it?

I am a March 2017 Filer - Been in line for interview since April 12 with no movement since. They are currently processing September 2016 cases per their reported times.

Please share your experience / timeline  - I am at my wit's end with this wait

 

 

Any progress? I applied November 2017 and still says pending. Not even inline for interview.
