Since the person that filed it for me told me it was good for one year so that's why I didn't pay attention to the dates on the paper, biggest mistake, anyhow I don't have daca anymore the ap is expired, that's why we filed the i130 now waiting. .

Yes I've mistakenly left with an expired advance parole while I had DACA, but that was last year that happen so. My husband files the i130 for me now we just waiting. But am still concern how the fact that I use to leave in the usa as a child might affect my consular process

Hello you guys some feedbacks would be greatly appreciated!!. I travel with an expired advance parole while on DACA had no idea. The person that did it for me told me I had it for one year. I had no idea there was an actual date nor pay attention to date I thought  automatically had it for one year since .now am at my country, what are my chances of getting back home. Am already depress with all this going on. I need some advice. We filed the i130 already, would I have any consequences or of been denied...helppp

Hi all, December 2017 filer, am at nebraska!😭 #i130... what I can't seem to understand is why the new uscis processing system changes Daily and they state as of right now they're working in MAY 16 2017 but on here at visa journey it's state they currently processing September 2017 cases, am already depress with the wait😣 some words of clarify might help!.Thanks...btw am new to visa journey and am still finding my way around the contents!
