Hi, actually that happens to me too. We both have the same dates but K already received my NOA1 last Tuesday. Maybe, just maybe due to the government shutdown they have tons of papers to look into. Cheer up and just wait patiently. Cheer up.

Thanks. Actually my visa expires on April but my i94 expire last feb. 14. I want apply for my DL so wondering if I can ask for it.  but I think not. So, I think I'll just wait till I receive my EAD 

Hi guys. do you have any idea on what to do if your i94 expires? and Can you ask for an extension if you already submitted your AOS ?

I mailed my forms I-864 (affidavit of support) , I-485 (adjustment status), I-765 (employment authorization) and I-131 (travel document) on Feb 16, 2019 along with G-1145 through the USPS and tracked it. It arrived on Feb 19, 2019 but haven't heard anything yet. Not even our check has been cashed. Anyone else with this problem this month?? 😟

omg. we both have the same timeline. I also send our AOS docs last FEb 16. using FedEx and our check hasn't been cash. I hope we'll have it this week.

I think it's fine. we submitted the tax returns from 2015 to 2017 too.

been 8 days.  jeez this is so confusing. Some Feb Filers got their noa1 3 days after USCIS received their case.  

How long  did you guys wait before you received your NOA1 for your AOS? Ughh I haven't heard from USCIS. We sent our docs last Feb. 16 and they received it 19.

I callled USCIS and they said we were approved YESTERDAY!! The letter wad sent out yesterday!! Im so happy and i hope it is true. The website still says case recived and no text or email. I really hope it is true!!

Sigh we have the same date but we haven't received any text or email too 😭😭😭 I'm upset. But, Congratulations to you dear. 😭😭😭

Its kinda frustrating to wait this long , but it will be worth it in the end because you will be with your partner.
