Filed on Paper and have a IOE receipt as well. The myuscis account now says Jan 2019 (10 months) as well. It used to be Oct 2019 (10 months) which made sense. But now it says Jan 2019 and 10 months, so its from this month vs. when you filed.
Hopefully it doesn't get dragged to far along as my GC expires Aug 2019!

I'm in the same boat. My wait time now says - its taking longer than expected.
Process Completion time still says Jan 2019.
Priority date - Dec 1, 2017. (I'm assuming this is the same as the Acceptance /Received Application date)
