    Surprise! We got our Interview Date!!

    i did not know you can email the consulate and ask them for the interview date...since 2/23..our packet 3 has been entered in the barbados consulate and they claim the packet 4 was mailed on the same day.

    i will never understand why it takes mail so long to move in a small country stupse...then again when i lived there i never mailed anyone anything lol

    i just emailed them so hopefully i should get a response tomorrow or thursday

    So here I've been fretting for over a week since my application was recieved. I still had no NOA1. I've been hounding my sister (address back in the States). I've been pestering people (and whining a little) about NOA1 wait times and I've been filling in the blanks and decided that there MUST have been a problem.

    Well, I guess the problem is that they didn't see the need to send a NOA1 since it would be sent out almost at the same time as the NOA2! Our package was accepted via express mail on the 23rd and it was approved on the 28th! I can't believe how fast that was. Really?!?!?! 3 days?!?!?!?!. I wish everyone gets to cross that staffers desk!

    I am thrilled, so is my fiance. We hope the rest of the process goes as smooth. We are keeping our fingers crossed.

    WOW congrats...good luck with the rest of the process..i here so vex with the mail in barbados...like they deliver mail by donkey cart..every its two weeks they mailed out packet 4 to my fiance and he ain't get it yet. so tomorrow he is gonna call them and let them know

    Hey to all december filers!!!

    Now we have our own topic too and can share our experiences and go together through the long wait!

    Share your experiences, thoughts, doubts and just ask any question, you hope, we might be able to answer...lol

    Let's hope, we wont have to wait too long....i want to be in the states by may, so keep the fingers crossed and the head up!!! :thumbs:
