it has been 3,5 months since NVC got our case, during this time I've uploaded all documents, paid necessary fees, all approved but they asked for 1 additional document that I've uploaded 6 weeks ago.

Do they send me back in line as they got case recently or is it take longer to process additional documents?

Anybody experienced please enlighten me.

yes,

I've told on the phone that they got my case on 2nd of October and it will likely be updates on next Monday

but today I've got welcome email from NVC along with my case and invoice number.

best to call early AM. I use to call them first thing in the morning after waking up. I would still be on hold but only 20 min or so. I would make my tea till then

quick update, my case has been approved on 09/07 in axactly 5 months.

No approval yet.

Nope, she didn't ask for it, she just asked my name and case number

she just told me to wait for their response and it may take 30 days

And I have a request number now that I don't know what I'm gonna do with.

Naturalization date  : 04/17/2019 (I send docs same day)

Type in "talk to representative" and/or paste your case number and she will ask what is it concerning say case status or other or inquiry about case.
