it wont hurt anything to do that. But once THEY scan it into THEIR system, it will NOT be in the order you have it. SO saying 'see page 33' will be useless. I am positive they have their own system of organization.
My cover letter denoted everything in the application, in the order *I* had placed it, then paper clipped relevant items together and shoved it all in a folder, and into a box and sent it on its merry way.
thanks

Thats fine, though I"m not sure the page number thing matters. Once they scan it, they (most likely) have their own electronic filing system and it won't stay in the order you put it in. The person who receives and scans it, is not the person who is reviewing it.
I scanned everything and I made a footer on the bottom of each page where there is written what part is referred to and the number of the page (for example page 3 of 33), I think that it could help them

just answer the question, even if its the same answer. or put a note to 'see attachment' and redirect them to the letter. I answered the question (very simply) and also ' See relationship letter attachment", since that was what I had titled it.
I am doing a letter where we explain how we know eachother and how we met, where, when, what we did and I want to type the page number where they can see the documents that can prove that. Do you think that it will work?

Both of us, Paul (beneficiary) and myself (Petitioner), wrote a letter describing how we met initially and then about the first time we met in person, and about our relationship in general. We then signed the letters in ink. Then, we put it in our application package, with all the boarding passes, border crossing information (he comes down every month and has been here 27 times in the past 2 years), phone records, receipts, etc in the application.
and what about the replay at item 54?

we each wrote a letter and attached it, in addition to all the other relationship evidence submitted.
Sorry, I don't understand, can you explain me better what we have to do? Thanks

There is the declaration of how you met.. can be 1-2 sentences like "We met in person last year in July 2017 in his hometown of ________ , ________" Or can put "See attachment" and attach a seperate page with a paragraph of two stating like "We met online in 2015. Met in person in 2017... blah blah"
Then there is the evidence of meeting in person like airline tickets, passport stamps, hotel receipts, receipts or credit card statements showing purchases from there, ect.
Photos are secondary evidence.
Is the declaration of how we met the replay at item 54?

I do not understand if my fiancè has to replay at question number 54 and in addition to provide the Declaration of how we met OR if the declarazion of how we met is the replay of the question number 54. We have more than 200 pages of evidences of in-person meeting...

It applies to the petitioner’s passport as the beneficiary does not have to prove anything but being single at this stage.
they used to have all pages of the passport as a requirement if it is sent as the proof of citizenship. However it is not a requirement anymore. You are sending birth certificate so it is not necessary, but if you want to send all pages I don’t see a problem with that.
My fiancè was born in Texas, he has a birth certificate but it is in the short way. Does he has to have the long birth certificate or will it be fine the short one?

As I didn’t have divorce decrees so I don’t know the exact rules for that.
But I think these looks good.dont forget passport pictures size 5x5 cm. And letter of intent signed (both from the petitioner and the beneficiary)
I think you mean passport copies, are you sending both of your passports copies?
We only sent entry stamps for our trips for beneficiary passport. And all pages for the petitioner’s passport (because we did not use birth certificate)
I don't know where I read that you have to send all the pages of the passport. And yes we will send both our passport. For to show them that I am Italian and he is american and for to prove them that we had in-person meeting

It works. (I’m guessing we are talking about supporting evidence of meeting)
letter of intent also can be signed and scanned then printed out.
I want to do in that way:
- copy of birth certificate;
- certificate of translation:
- divorce decrees;
- passports:
- our photos;
- boarding passes and all that documents:
- credit card statements...
What do you think? -

Every Documented sending to USCIS should be a clear certified Copy. you send original only if USCIS requested.
I want to scan all the documents to send to USCIS and in the bottom part of the page describe what is that. They will be a little bit smaller that the original for to make them fit into the page
Does is work? -

Copy. Originals get checked at the interview.
You send an original, you'll never see it again.
thank you for the information

Spanish or German maybe? Use email to send all your documents
my native language is italian, just use english but in different words. My Spanish and my German is worst than my English! lol

no need for any of that. we did all by email. you will just spend money on stamps and time.
Sorry, I don't understand, can you please use different words? (my english is poor)

my fiance send everything by email. no originals of anything for i-129F. hope this helps
I think that the letter of intent to marry signed by your fiance must be with wet sign

copy should be fine. i assume you are the beneficiary right?
yes, I am the beneficiary.

Short question about the certificate of translation signed my the translater (as part of the documents for Form I- 129F.
Do I have to send to USCIS the original certificate of translation with the wet sign of the translator or just a photocopy of the certificate of translation?
Thanks -
Short question about Form I-129F.
In the part 3 - Other information - Multiple Filer Waiver Request Information.
We don't have to require a waiver, what do we have to select? Do we have to select 'Not applicable, beneficiary is my spouse or I am not a multiple filer' or let that section in blank?
Thanks -
as evidence that I must submit there is the I-94 Arrival-Departure Record
the istructions says 'provide the Form I-94 number and date that your beneficiary's authorized period of stay expires or expired.'
I went to the USA three differnt times but I am able to find only the last I-94 record on the website (see the attach pictures).
My question is: is it enought or do they want all the past I-94? The second one is not an official documents.

The first one yes, that is your most recent i-94 and it will work as evidence. For the past ones, if you want to include them as evidence of trips but you don't have them, you can attach a copy of your passport stamps instead as proof of you entering the US.
The second picture, that's just a travel record and I believe it's not an official document (there's a disclosure on the very same website), so I'm not sure you can use it as evidence. This would work more for when you file the DS-160 so you can verify the dates of your trips.
Thank you.... It seems a nightmare the process for to be marry!

Yeah I also did that, and attached all my past i-94s as evidence of my trips. I'd say you gotta attach it regardless, so might as well disclose it.
Thank you, so I will not replay at that questions and I will attach my I-94. I found only one in the website and in another page there are all the times that I was in the USA. Are these the right documents?

When we applied for my K-1 even when I was back to my country we just typed there my most recent I-94 number, you can get it online from official site.
I was thinking to let it blank and attach my last I-94 in the documents....

We did the same thing and my petition was approved with no problems. We checked no, then wrote down the number of my most recent I-94.

Photos to attach as proof of meet in past 2 years, how did you print them?

Ciaooooo,
We just mailed our documents for the I-129F form. I put all the pictures in a word file and at the bottom of each photos I wrote a description (people in the picture, date, place, what we did) and I printed them on normal paper with a colour laser printer. I think that there are no rules about the pictures. There are rules only about the passport style pictures.
