Buenos dias a tod@s, veo que hace un tiempo no se hacen publicaciones en este foro, quiero contarles un poco acerca de mi proceso, mi esposo es ciudadano americano, y envio la solicitud I 130 en octubre de 2017, USCIS respondio diciendo que el caso lo tendria ahora NEBRASKA, desde el momento hasta hoy, no hemos tenido noticias de nada, ya llevan 5 meses y aun no nos han dicho nada y en la pagina de USCIS tampoco podemos ver en que va nuestro proceso, aunque mi esposo ya llamo y le dijeron que todo estaba bien que si teniamos el recibo enviado por ellos, entonces nuestro proceso se estaba tramitando, pero como tal no hemos podido ver nuestro proceso, y la pagina de USCIS, no esta dando la informacion correcta, dicen que la oficina de nebraska esta tramitando procesos de abril de 2017, pero una chica que es CR1 tambien y puso papeles el 10 de octubre de 2017, USCIS ya le aprobo y envio su casoo a NVC, si alguno de los que esta en este grupo tiene un proceso parecido al mio, creo que cualquier informacion que podamos compartir seria muy bueno.

En Nebraska hay  un caso aprobado con fecha de 27 de octubre. Ya pronto tendras noticias aunque nunca e entendido porque se saltan las fechas de un mismo mes. hay nos mantenemos en contacto, saludos.

Que bueno saber que alguien nuevo comenta en este foro. Mi esposo esta esperando respuesta en Colombia. Aunque nuestro  caso esta en la oficina de USCIS en Texas, nuestras fechas son cercanas la nuestra  es PD 24 de noviembre 2017. Llevamos un poco mas de 4 meses esperando. Segun Visajourney hay personas que estan recibiendo su NOA2 y son de los meses de Septiembre y algunos de octubre de ambos centros  Texas y Nebraska segun algunos usuarios han reportado. Ya pronto trendremos noticias en especial usted que es de octubre. Seguir armandonos de mucha paciencia y esperar en Dios que sea pronto.

I did not write this but my wife did. And once i read this I realize how rude you are. Not only to my wife but to other people who simply just post to ask questions for help. I hope that you can find a life better than getting on here and making people feel bad for asking a question. There isnt anything wrong with asking what all options there are. 

And what you should do is strive to help people. Use this website for what it was designed for. There should be able to come together and provide support becuase we all have experienced what its like during the process. You are being rude. Both of your replies were rude. And thats an obvious truth that anyone with an unbiased point of view would agree on. But maybe the one who cant handle the truth is you. Well you guys enjoy your life on visa journey. We have better things to do

I am pretty sure we are not shooting anyone. Just telling the truth like everyone on here is claiming to do

Denied what? We didn´t do anything. So we should read well. The truth is fine. But people shouldnt make people feel less than. Thats my point. I dont see anything wrong with my wifes question to be disrespected on a website that is supposed to find support. But it seems the whole batch of apples on here has rotted so thanks for all of the help

We all want to be with our spouses! It takes a lot to endure this wait. We just have to have patience. I’m sure the USCIS is trying to be fair to everyone.

First of all, "Being upset about staying away from my husband" Wasn't the reason for request!! 
 
Second, I'd have pretty messed up reasons for which I asked for expedite, Which I do not want to share, Much respect to all who try to help others here, I didn't wanna share coz some ignorant will judge without knowing all and deviate from the real question!!
 
My only question was to know what theyre trying to say in that response.
