  1. Thank you! I hope it will get resolved soon. My representative got back to me and told me that they have submitted an inquiry about my case to USCIS but that it can take up to 6 weeks before they get an answer. Not much more I can do at the moment but wait!
  2. Thanks for everyone's recommendations on what to do! I tried sending in an inquiry about a "lost approval letter" and I got this response back "Your case is under active review by an immigration officer. You should be receiving a decision or notice of further action at the address of record shortly. If you have not received a decision or notice of further action within 120-days of this response, please feel free to submit a new inquiry by calling the USCIS Contact Center." I really don't want to wait ANOTHER 120 days since I have already waited 120 days since my N-400 and I-751 combo interview. I have now submitted all my information to my local US Representative to see if they can help speed up the process.
  3. Thank you, I will try this right away! I actually sent a letter last week addressed to the officer that interviewed me and in 5 days (12/9/2023) I will have passed the 120 day mark when I legally have the right to a decision on my N-400. I was also planning on sending my information in to my US Representative and hope that they can help. I guess it doesn't hurt to try and request a lost approval notice as well!
  4. Thank you! Same there unfortunately, it's still within normal processing time so the earliest inquiry date is Feb 21, 2024 for the I-751.
  5. Interview for N-400 on August 11 2023, approved but due to pending I-751 which they also interviewed me at the same time that was approved but not stamped because they didn't have the paperwork. Was told the oath ceremony notice would be sent out in 1 week - 1 month as soon as they received the paperwork for the I-751 and stamped it. It's now been 3 months and I have not heard anything about either the N-400 or I-751. Anyone in the same situation? What can I do? According the online portal I can not contact USCIS about my N-400 until April 2024.
  6. How long did it take before your cases were approved? I had the same thing happen to me, I showed up at my N-400 interview and was told I also had to interview for my i-751 which I did. They told me I was approved for both (even though my husband did not attend because I was not aware that it would be combo interview). I had my interview on August 11, 2023 and I have not heard anything since and it has now been 3 months. The officer interviewing me told me he did not have my paperwork for the i-751 on site so he could not stamp it for approval and had to wait for that paperwork. I have tried contacting UCSIS with no luck, they say I have to wait until March 2024 until I can ask about my case.
