    Hey! have you seen any correlation between time differences in the following cases:

     

    K-1 application (NOA1) to Approval (NOA2)

     

    K-1 application (NOA1) to RFE

     

    what I'm trying to figure out is would an RFE come sooner or later than an approval if it makes sense.

      Yes makes sense thank you. I thought that all cases before September 2108 were entitled to RFE’s and after that you could be denied without one.
