I am in the process of filling out the adjustment of status package for the I-131, it asks how I am eligible for advanced parole and what circumstances warrant issuance? I am wondering what people wrote on this letter, is it even necessary as part of the overall package with the I-485, I-765 and the I-864? I know this question has probably been answered on here already but I would really appreciate any help you guys can offer, we're swamped in all the paperwork and are finding it tough. Thank you so much

I said it wasn't an emergency. I am new to all of this and thought that is what it was called. 

The wedding date was picked today from my understanding. In all likelihood the wedding will be moved, just wanted to ask the simple question before he told his family. Thanks to everyone who took the time to reply.

My fiancé and I filled out the k1 visa in March--hoping everything will be approved by December. I know he has to wait for advanced parole before he travels out of the country, but I was wondering if anyone has ever filed for any kind of emergency advanced parole? Does that exist? His brother is getting married in May and he would like to attend. Thank you! 

Once my fiancé enters on K1 visa can he return to his own country (Ireland) to visit before he obtains green card?

I am getting everything in order to file for the K-1 visa. I am wondering if I can make a copy of my birth certificate myself, or do i need to order a certified copy? Any advice is appreciated!
