Sent my package December 31 and got my notification January 2 (by mail, letter and text).

But still waiting for my biometrics letter.

Weird right?

Should I call the USCIS office in my city? 

Who knows if my letter got lost

Is still K1 Fiance or is it now Adjustment Applicant?

Do I have to file the form I-131?

I have no intention to leave the US for the next 9 months and I'm assuming I'll have my green card in hands by then.

So do I really need their permission to travel?
