    And as for the "nature of submission" issue, I think we do need to state our eligibility more clear, to make sure there's as little confusion as possible. We'll continue the discussion. 

    What is i485? Do f2a fillers need to fill?? And when? My i130 is not yet approved ...do I need to fill i485?

    I heard that Sept 2016 filers still hasn't received their NOA2 yet.

    I guess we still have to wait a little bit longer.

     

    Hii... m on same track my husband is lpr applied for mee and my son . Priority date is November 21   2016 ..didn’t got approval from uscis yet..any more information regarding approval please update

    M 21 November 2016 filler and didn’t got approval from uscis yet

    same California service centre is handling my case
