Good day!I would like to verify if it is ok that that was my ISSUED VISA marital status is SINGLE.I completed my DS260 when I was still single, i just added my husband as my dependent recently and we were interviewed at the same time.I was not able to update my marital status during the embassy interview to MARRIED. But in all my documents I am still using my Single surname (Maiden name). I have not change yet any of the documents to my husband’s last name.Just to make things clear, so that I won't be having any problems., can you please verify if it is OK to use the ISSUED VISA with the SINGLE status and just provide our marriage certificate in the port of entry , or do I need to give it back to US embassy Manila for correction.NEED YOUR ADVISE.. hoping for your replies.. thanks!!!

Eb-3 immigrants visa. I was still single when i completed the DS-260 form. When my PD became current i added my husband as dependent. We were interviewed in manila us embassy at the same time and provided our marriage certificate. I was not able to ask the personel during the pre-screening to update my marital status. My visa was issued, but single status.
I am still using my maiden name in all my documents..
my question is, can I use the issued visa with single status in the port of entry? And provide our marriage certificate., or i have to return my passport and visa packet to US embassy manila for correction. Thanks very much!
