Hi!

Under Eb-3 immigrants visa. I was still single when i completed the DS-260 form. When my PD became current i added my husband as dependent.

We were interviewed in manila us embassy at the same time and provided our marriage certificate.

I was not able to ask the personel during the pre-screening to update my marital status.

My visa was issued, but single status.

I am still using my maiden name in all my documents..

my question is, can I use the issued visa with single status in the port of entry? And provide our marriage certificate., or i have to return my passport and visa packet to US embassy manila for correction. Thanks very much!

  Yes, my passport is still on my maiden name same on what is in the issued visa.. This is such a relief!
  
  As for my husband, his visa is under administrative processing., because he worked in Afghanistan from march 2010 until june 2011. Do you have any advice regarding his case?
