    perfect then.

sorry i couldnt remember the name of the document, ive been battling a headache for 4 days now. 😕

you should also be able to open a bank account online with any of the major banks with those documents. SS number and passport number and uncles address (which also helps establish domicile) should be all that is needed.

Sorry to hear that.  Get well soon.

    thanks a lot!

your husband needs to fill out i 864. your co sponsor needs to fill out i 864. your uncles spouse, if they file jointly, needs to fill out i 864a. They should be completed with the current salary information. They will also need tax transcripts for the past 3 years and current pay stubs.

your husband will need proof of citizenship (social security card does not prove this, he will need whatever the document is that foreign born US citizens have to obtain (I cant recall at the moment).

You can use your uncles residence as your domicile, since that is where you will be living.

This is helpful. Thanks a lot. He got crba from us embassy and us passport. And acr card

  3. Hi i just want to ask things that make me confuse.

We currently living in the ph.  And my husband is a us citizen but never been in us.  He acquired his citizenship through his father.  Now we are ready for medical and interview. Ive read here that we git same case which we just need to have sponsor.and show proof of intent to re-establish domicile in Us.

We got sponsor which is my uncle living in the usa.  They already send us the W2 and itr.  But i got confuse since they are joint in the itr.  And they got increase in salary this mid of the year which happens not included in the itr.  Are we going to write with the increase? Or just what is wrote in the itr 2017? And we will leave in there house while we dont have enough money.  Are they going to use the form I864 OR I864A? And my husband will also fill up the form the I864 even he dont have enough money?

Since my husband didnt work beacuse he needs to attend his father who got sick he dnt have latest itr in the ph.  We only have his ssn numbr.  School Application form, and we wi try to open bank even we are still here in the ph. We are also seeking job in the internet. And a letter from my uncle that they will help us and provide what we while we dont have job.

    Thank you for the answers

My spouse is a dual citizen who hadn't lived in the US since he was a child. He moved to the US ahead of our son and I. He got a job, apartment, drivers license and caught up on all his taxes. All this evidence was needed at the interview.

I would look up proof of domicile and go through the steps to show your spouse has established ties. This isn't something you can normally do through the internet. How does your spouse plan on financially supporting you and filling out the i864?

We got co-sponsor. Which is my uncle

  5. Just filled last august 23 dcf manila. Now we are waiting for approval. We are gathering things to proof of my husband domicile since birth he was here in the ph. He acquired his citizenship through his father. He has SSS number and planning to open bank account in US through internet. And my aunt is asking the requirements need in the school for my daughter. We are staying in my auntie for the mean time and she is going to make a letter that we can stay with her. What are the other proof can we provide?

My husband (petitioner) filed last April 30th, no email yet. We have been married for nearly 6 years, we have 1 child (us citizen via consular report of birth). Hoping for a very fast approval too.

I already have prepared the following:

Original PSA of my birth certificate

    PSA Marriage contract

    Son's Crba and birth certificate

    Hubby's cenomar/cemar

    My cenomar/cemar

Nbi clearance under my married name and single name

Police clearance i obtained from a foreign country (i lived abroad before)

    Hubby's I-864

    To prove domicile:

    New car registration

    Newly opened US credit card

    Newly opened US savings account

    New drivers license

My husband flew to the states a few weeks ago to get some documents done. I also have a B1/B2 visit visa valid until 2022 so i hope they dont give us a hard time on the domicile thing as my husband also maintained a bank account and credit card anyway.

    Hi.. hows your papers now?

are you both residing in the Philippines?

Yes... my husband is USC but he leaves here since birth. Never been in US. Buthe is a us citizen coz his dad is an us citizen and her mom is a Filipina. I think we will have problem with her domicile in us. Coz he has no papers in us except for his security number, us passport. Though my mother in law leaves in US.

the entire process can take 12-14 months from start to finish you will need I-130 and I-130A supporting documents. if you need help in the process you can ask here and anyone can help you, but do not pay to have someone file these for you. IMO it is a waste of money.

We will file dcf here in manila Philippines.

last known filing fee for I-130 was $535, once it is approved and your case is sent to NVC/DOS there is AOS (affidavit of support) fee $120, and the immigration visa fee $325.00, in the spouse country they will need to pay for medical exam and all vaccinations, get police clearance certificate which may or may not come with a fee, I assume it will. pay the Green card fee at interview $220.00.

    Thanks a lot 😊
