Looks like there is no more work going on at CSC for the rest of the year? Any thoughts?

Ok Alex. I can always leave it blank since I'm going on the interview and fill it in there if need be.
Its not uncle Sam I am worried about.

hello, Im going to fill out the I 134 for my fiance, my father will be the co-sponsor. I have been a student for the past 4+ years and have not worked so im a dud $$wise. Would I still have to submit tax returns, even though I have not filled out taxes from not working? I have no idea what to do.
Also, my father owns his home, would it be a good idea for him to include it as his other monetary resources? What about a vehicle? This part of the process is really intimidating to me I hope it works out! thank you to anyone who can help!
If the income level is above what is required 125% of poverty level then there is no need to include other assets on I- 134. This was accepted at interview for me. I put none in the area involving assets. So you never filed a tax return?
Question about I134. I will fill this form out, hopefully, by mid jan. My income for 2006 will be around 90K.
In my case would this be all I would have to indicate on the affadavit? I could leave my savings, 401s and all that off the record?
And then what sort of back up would I need? Just my W2? Do I have to submit tax returns for the past 3 years?
I have no real estate, just money buried and I would rather leave that undisclosed at this point.
Thanks.

go to Uniontelecard.com. I think I use megaclean and stable. Something like that. Its might not be the cheapest but it lets you recharge the pin #. Also, it has pin recognition for your phone number and speed dial.
basically I can get my girl on her cell phone with about 5 buttons on my cell phone.

Does my Fiance have to fill out everything in packet 3? And then what is packet 4?

Does this mean I only need on Certificate? Regardless of where else my fiance resided in Thailand. Or do I still need to go to the local province and to the Thai Royal Police in Bkk. Thanks.

Would someone please clarify this process for me.
I sent my I129F on Oct 20 to TSC. I recieved NOA1 on Oct 24th. Then is was sent to CSC, which I guess is standard procedure.
So why would it take less time for Vermont to process this app then for Texas to process. If it all gets funeled thru the CSC why is there a difference.

I-129f - $170
Visa application - $100
I-485 (AOS) - $325
Biometrics - $70
I-765 (EAD) - $180
A lifetime with your soulmate - PRICELESS
At what point do you pay for the Biometrics app. I sent my I129 in with only the 170$? Thanks.

I intend to bring lots of supporting evidence to the interview. Whatever they ask for we will have, and more.
I agree... When we get to the interview stage I will not be denied!! My fiancee will have as much amunition as I can possibly think of in her files of evidenciary information that the CO could possibly ask for!!!
Whats a Touch?

Anyone here have a child overseas? I only included the minimum amount of evidence, few pictures, passport stamps and airline stubs as proof of relation but I also have a Thai Birth Certificate for my Daughter with all three of our names on it. As well as a "Consular Report of Birth" with all our names on it. I assumed that this was about as much proof as I should need. I mean its irrefutable. Anyone disagree?
Just wondering.
One other question.... When I look at the processing timeline at (https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/Processtimes.jsp?SeviceCenter=California)
It tells me they are working on apps from April? Yet I see that some have NOA2 in 8 weeks or so.
What the hell does this site mean?
Thanks.

Hello! Would someone here know why the K1 app I sent to Texas was then sent to the "CSC"? I am assuming that is the CA Service Center. Is this normal? Thanks.
Any more NOA2 coming?

Just because of that. Seems too slow. And I am getting pissed. This whole process takes too long.
