No DS230, and no passport size pictures to NVC, but you will need the pictures at your interview. Still no update for IV fee :((

Take the words from the people you talked on the phone. Online status usually doesn’t updated that often. The $ still in her account means USCIS never took her $. Start the new application with money order (not recommended because you can’t track when they cash it) or certified check (highly recommend).

Nope, we got the same status. I paid and it was already deducted to my bank account. Also, say PAY NOW but in payment receipt, it says IN PROCESS.
Seriously? It seems like NVC is having so many problems lately, first backlog for case number, now double invoice for fee. Is Anything else waiting for us? :((

I noticed that they tend to send duplicate emails as well.
does your DS260 open yet? I'm worry about my IV fee. they took my $ from bank account, but the status online still "PAY NOW".

I paid my IV Fee yesterday and it shows in process under the payment receipts.
On the top line under AOS the IV fee said “in process”, but in the detail it said “not paid”. NVC really makes me worry with the technical issues.

I’m not on DS260 state yet, so Idk. Abt the IV fee, just wait until they send you the invoice email (god knows when). Good luck

Hi Lane O, I got the same problem you have on your AOS, mine is on IV fee. I paid yesterday. Today I got another invoice email, checked online the fee said “not paid”. Did you do anything or just wait?

Hello everyone, can you help please?
i got my IV fee invoice yesterday and I paid it right away. It said “IN PROCESS”.
this morning I received another IV fee invoice, came back online and check the IV fee is available to pay again!!!!!!
what can I do now? Does anyone has the same problem? Please help

Just an updated. I got my IV fee invoice this morning. Just paid it. My AOS is still in process, but the $ has been taken from my account. I’m thinking about sending my documents tomorrow. I talked to an agent about sending documents before paying IV fee, but he said he did not recommend that. Because they won’t touch or review my documents until i have paid all the fee and finish ds 260. What do you guys think?
i don’t want them to put my documents on the side then miss placed them :((.

I think you should give them a call. I see people with the same problem for AOS fee and NVC suggested you go to invoice page. If you still can see “in process” then you are good. Do not pay again. Call them first.

They say the website does that but if you go to the payment receipt then you will see that is in process.

I looked at my bank account and the 120.00 was deducted in my balance with PENDING status.
I think it is normal. I read it somewhere, someone had the same problem and they called NVC. Don’t worry too much. I called this morning and ask about the IV fee, they said I have to wait for the invoice (they will email it)

22. I left mine blank (and had no problem), some people will put N/A.
25. Yes you need to put all the children your parents have included yourself.

Called them and they said upto 1 week (as always), and they said don’t worry about the status “pay now”, since the $ has been taken from bank account.
