  1. What they want is a document to base the expiration date of the driver license on. Also depends on the state you're in. I live in Arizona and I came here through k1 visa. At the DMV, I was asked to bring my passport, the visa and the I-94 (which normally shows the expiration date of your k1 visa). I had to pass a written and road test to get my driver license. All went well and now I am driving around waiting for my EAD.
  2. It only becomes a red flag when it's 20 years difference so don't worry. What you should focus on is to prove to the CO that you know a lot about your fiance and that your relationship is Legitimate. Don't listen to "Morocco denies lotta K1 applicants..." comments. There were around 30 interviewees on the date I had my interview, only 2 who got denied and by very obvious reasons. I am 9 years younger than my fiance, but they could easily tell that it is a legitimate relationship. Also, there is one question that can be a trap. What do you like about your fiance/wife? If you focus only on the physical things you like about her, you're done, my friend. Because I would deny you if you tell me that you like her beauty and pause for 5 seconds. Think of intellectual things, her thinking...things that show that you are interested in things other than beauty. Good luck
  3. As they recommend in their interview email he should go to one of these https://ma.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visas/medical-examination/ . (if he hasn't received the email that includes the interview letter, don't go any until they send the email. It has the physician recommendation and instructions) The same physician will do the vaccinations, he won't need it at the interview but it is very required at the Customs & Border Protection at the first US city he lands in. Here are the vaccines he will get: Diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis (DTP, DTaP) Measle, numps, rubella (MMR) Verticella (Vaccine) Influenza
  4. I assumed he already received the interview email from the embassy. If not, the email will include everything.
  5. It's always better to go with what they recommend. https://ma.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visas/medical-examination/
  6. Thank you missileman for your response. The I-864 was never mentioned in any of the emails we received! What is it for? Will I need it for the K1 interview?
  7. Hello everyone, I am having the interview very soon this month and would love some help, guys. My fiance and I wanted to go with her mom as a sponsor since her financial situation is a lot better than ours. Is that what you guy call "joint Sponsor"? Is that some other form to fill or the same i-134? Should my fiance fill the same form even if I'm taking her mom's? Also, what are the extra papers other than the tax return, that I should attach to the Affidavit form? Thank you in advance
  8. Hello everyone, My name is Badr and I would like some advice, please. I have recently received an email from the US embassy in Morocco specifying the date and instructions. However, there is a confusion about the time of the interview. On the email, it says the interview will be at 8:00 am while on the attached invitation letter it is at 1:00 pm. I assume I should follow the invitation letter as it's personalized for me, but on the other hand, I can't take chances. I tried to call and email them but none worked. What do you guys think I should do?
