I'm with you on that...it's tough, isn't it?

Likewise I also filed in the third week of May. I had a biometrics appointment earlier this week, but it appears that was just for my EAD and not my AOS. It looks like I'll have to go back for another biometrics appointment at some point in the future, but I'm still waiting to find out when that appointment will be. I put in a service request last month and the response I got was that my application is still being processed. As soon as 30 days are up from when I filed that service request I'm putting in another one - and will continue to do so until I get that appointment.

Good for you that you finally got your biometrics appointment! I really don't know what to think right now, it's so frustrating. So you got your EAD already too?

How to request a service?  Maybe I should do it too.  Good luck!

  2. Hi,

I've been waiting to do the fingerprint stuff for 75 days already. How long usually it takes?

I saw so many people got their fingerprint schedule after they got their receipt in 2 weeks at the most, but for me it's been almost 3 months and nothing has change.

Should I call USCIS and what question should I go for? Because I feel like I called them and they just gonna tell me to check the process on website, which doesnt' worth 60mins of waiting.

I just want to go home so bad, book tickets to go back home on January hope everything will work! Plus, stay at home is boring! My husband is not a millionaire, we need money to survive ...

    Thanks :)

Put the name of your parents that is stated in the birth certificate. Since during the interview, you need to bring the original birth certificate with you.

There is a part in I-129F where you need to fill in (beneficiary information). G-325A is no longer required because all the question asked in the G-325A is already included in the new I-129F

    Thank you so much :)

  4. Hi there,

I have questions about my K1 visa, I'm from Thailand and my boyfriend is going to apply K1 visa for me, the questions are about my information that I have to fill in form I-129f. When I was 20y.o, I have registered to be adopted. So,

    - If I have to filled the form, do I have to put my parents on my birth certificated or my parents that adopted me?

    - Since we don't have to filled form G-325a, that form asked about mother's last name before got married. Do I have to answer this question in any other form?

    - Do I need to present any special documents about my stepparent?

I have asked the U.S. Embassy twice and they didn't answer any of my question, they mention something else all the time! (First time: They talked about if I want to bring another family member to the States I have to filled another form not I-129f. The second time: They said, I need to submit the form to USCIS not the Embassy.)

If you don't understand my question, you can ask for more information, I'm not really good about writing and I'm sorry for my broken English.

    Thank you so much!
