Hello!
Do NOT use a three hole binder. Do NOT put each page in laminate. We used binder 'clips' to put our sections together.
We also used sticky tabs on the bottom of the pages.
So to clarify:
1. Each section had a binder clip2. Each section had sticky tabs at the bottom
3. Each sticky tab was labeled
4. Each picture was labeled with date/time/location
I am not sure what Page 6, Part2, Item 37, and 38.a. to 38.h is; can you take a screenshot for those of us who are at work?
The US citizen will need to include a scanned color copy of each page of their passport. The beneficiary will need a scanned color copy of each page of their passport that has a US stamp, as well as the identification pages of the passport.
I believe I am correct on that. If I am, someone please let me know.
Hola!
Thank you for your quick responce and information.
I'm going to follow your 1-4 suggestions. So, no ACCO fasteners with holes on top of each page!
Sorry, but I don't know how to take a screenshot!
Yes, we do have scanned color copies of each page of our passports.
Gracias and God bless you

1. Sure but not needed or advised (read uscis instructions on how to send petitions)
2. Not needed or advised but you may.
3.on evidence maybe. Generally no.
4. Have no clue what you mean by tabs?
But I have a feeling no...
5. Of course copy everything don't send originals unless asked (did you read the instructions????)
6.yes
please read the vj guidelines here and uscis instructions one more time.
Thank you so much for your help on the 6 questions.
I read the instructions for I-129F again and it states that "it will be appriciated" if we use the ACCO fasteners with the two holes on top of the page. That does mean to make 2 holes on ALL the pages? To put sticky tabs on the bottom not on the side! I have viewed Youtube videos where almost all are sent on a binder with all pages in plastic protectors and sticky tabs on the side.
My Fiancée visited me in th USA with a B1/B2 visa. She arrived on 09/28/17 and was given 6 months at the airport and returned on 01/24/18 after a 4 months visit, well within the permited stay limit. My question is about Page 6, Part2, Item 37, and 38.a. to 38.h. I cheked yes for #37 but uncertain wether to complete 38.a. to 38.h. because she is no longer in the USA.
Also I cheked the ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE I-94 Most Recent and the most recent is back from 12/03/12 not from 09/28/17. However, all Arrivals and Departures are posted on her TRAVEL HISTORY including her most recent Arrival and Departure information with Date, Type, and Location documentation. All Arrivals and Departures are stamped on her passports. My question is if I can use her TRAVEL HISTORY and her PASSPORT documentation for this purpose since I can't get the Most Recent I-94 ?
Thank you so much for your help,
God bless you.

Congratulations!!
I have not send my I-129F because I have some questions about how to send the petition.
1. Can I send it on a binder?
2. Using plastic protectors?
3. Use a yellow highlighter to underline important words?
4. Tabs on the top or side of the paper?
5. Can I Copy original pictures?
6. Write date, people, place by hand next to each picture?
Hope you can help me. I'm just starting to navigate on this site. I anxiuos to send the petition!
I know is not an official reply but I did not know where to ask my question!!!
Thank you so much and God bless you.

Hola,
Thank you for your quick responce and information.
I have tried to get the most recent electronic I-94 but is not posted, just the one from 2012! However, under her Travel History all the Arrivals and Departures are dated from 02/2012 to 01/2018 when she last left the USA.
You said to "follow through 38.d. to 38.h." You ment 38.a. to 38.h., is that so?
What do they mean on #38.f. TRAVEL DOCUMENT NUMBER is that the VISA number or?
If this is the VISA number, we have all the information from 38.a to 38.h. EXCEPT for # 38.b. I-94 ARRIVAL-DEPARTURE RECORD NUMBER!!!!!!
Can I leave #38.b. blank since we have all other verefication concerning Arrivals and Departures! We have her TRAVEL HISTORY, right from the same electronic webpage as the I-94 and Passport documentations!!
Gracias and God bless you
