    Congratulations on your visa. Need some information as you successfully pass this stage .

    1. Have no vaccination record so I wrote No with the explanation I HAVE NO RECORD TO SHOW AS IT'S DONE A LONG TIME AGO. SO I WILL TAKE THE VACCINATION ACCORDING TO US LAW AT THE TIME OF MY MEDICAL EXAMINATION.
    2. And do I have to leave empty as I do not have SCIS online account number one for Form i-846ez U?
