It is highly recommend that you cancel the interview and the K-1. The petitioner and the beneficiary should write letters to USCIS Service Center and to the interviewing embassy/consulate, noting receipt and case file numbers, explaining your desire to cancel your visa. Be sure to hold onto an correspondence received in conjunction with this cancelation as you may need it in the future when and if you do reapply.
Any idea where we could find the addresses?

If you break up while the k-1 visa Is processing do you have to do anything or will they cancel it automatically when no one shows up to the interview?

@sunshinefemi2014 I sent pictures of us together as well as with family and friends, copy of my passport, copy of my birth certificate, video, text and voice call logs, gift receipts, proof of travel, petitioner and beneficiary passport pic, intent to marry from petitioner and beneficiary etc... Its just the feeling of hoping it was enough. I even labeled everything making it easy for whomever to navigate through my package. Still waiting on my NOA1 package was delivered April 6th per usps tracking.
That's basically everything I sent too
Good luck!

I filed out a petition for k-1 visa, and for some reason my check didn't cash, so they sent everything back to me and said no further action would be taken on the rejected form. When the form asks if ive filled out for another beneficiary before, should I say yes because of the one last month for the same guy, or no, even though it is a new form altogether, but the beneficiary is still the same person as the last one. should I mention it was rejected because of the check? or does it only need mentioned if we were officially denied?
the instructions are so vague. I don't know what to do

put n/a because you live in a state, not a province

If a question in the I-129f does not relate to me, should I leave in blank or put n/a???

My fiancé and I are putting together a I-129f form and documents to get the k-1 visa, I was wondering if anyone could tell me, can I fill it out partly on the computer and partly in ink?
In the package will be
cover letter
signed statements of intent to marry, one from each of us
7 photos of us together
passport style photos of each of us
copies of our plane tickets that have not faded yet
copy of my birth certificate
I-129f form
emails stating we booked a hotel from several visits
payment (check)
is this enough? should I include more proof?
those of you that have been approved, what all forms did you include?
Do you have to cancel the k-1 visa for fiance if you break up?
