  1. I just passed my citizenship test and interview, my roc has been adjudicated as well at the same time, I front loaded when i submitted my ROC,so the interviewer said they will only interview me and left my spouse in the waiting room, since she said I have more than enough documents that have been submitted. I was also prepared enough today with original documents in case if it was needed,so when she saw my heavy case that i was carrying, she complimented me how well prepared I was. She only ask me 2 documents my appointment letter and my expired green card. During the intial start of the interview she stated right away shes gonna adjudicate first my ROC and then my n400, ask me 6 random question from history and civics and then she said Ive passed that first phase, then ask me to read a sentence in the ipad infront of you and then she ask me

to write down a sentence she said. Then what follows is the questionaries you answer in the N400,after that she stated your rights if u become an american and you sign and agree..then she said both application has been approve..now i just gotta wait for the card 10 year green card which she said should arrive by thursday and then my oath appointment letter. After that she said i will have to turn over that 10 year green card during the oath..

Finally this long journey is about to end..

Good for those of you who are still on this road..there is a light at the end of the tunnel

    best wishes to everyone...

    Signing off here

  2. i finally got this reponse today The status of this service request is:

On March 13, 2019, you or your representative contacted USCIS concerning your Form I-751. Below is a summary of what we found and how the issue has been or may be resolved.

Our records indicate your case is in transit to Charlotte Nc Office.  It is possible to conduct the interview for your I-751 and N-400 on the same day.  Please ensure your spouse is with you on the interview date for your N-400.  Bring all documentation you have for the I-751.

So it looks like i751 pending case with n400 are going with combo interview.

Thank God,I am so relieved today with this.. good luck for those who are in the same boat as i am.. my interview for n400/i751 is on april 4

  3. Im also july 31 2017   i751filer,my n400 interview is already scheduled this april 4..but my i751 is still stuck with was transferred and a new office has jurisdiction over your case, they transferred mine to lee summit mo.And my interview is in charlotte nc. I dont see any info from my n400 that it will be combo interview.. this is starting to make me worried now. I tried submitting out of case processing time last week and it said I will be getting a response the by april 4. My 18 months extension letter will expire now on April 9.

Are you guys going to file for citizenship this year as well? Just a quick question, if we filed for citizenship and got called in for an interview before I751 approved. Do both of us have to appear for the interview or just the beneficiary? If filed after approval of I751, is it interview for both or just beneficiary?

Questions for those who are curious if they can file for naturalization while waiting for the ROC to be approve:

    2. Spouses with Pending Petitions and Naturalization Applications:An application for naturalization may not be approved if there is a pending petition for removal of conditions. If an applicant’s petition to remove conditions is pending at the time of filing or is filed prior to the interview, USCIS will adjudicate the petition to remove conditions prior to or concurrently with the adjudication of the naturalization application. See the link for more info: https://www.uscis.gov/policymanual/HTML/PolicyManual-Volume12-PartG-Chapter5.html

UNFORTUNATELY YOU CAN`T FILE FOR CITIZENSHIP UNTIL YOUR REMOVING OF CONDITION IS APPROVE.

Hey folk`s, im also a July 17, filer.  Sent my front loaded ROC to VCS. They got it on July 31 2017 got my bio metrics appointment letter on Aug 18, 2017. Biometrics appointment done Sept 7, 3017 in Charlotte NC, after that the waiting game begins.

Just to give you updates about VCS process, they are currently in slow mo process with all the immigration reform. You may speak and request for a level 2 officer, which is gonna ask you for a call back time to speak to them. ROC at the moment may take 1 1/2 year for its turn around time this the maximum time frame.USCIS will automatically add additional extention in the event the 1 year extention will be expiring soon. I would immediately call them at least 2 months ahead of time if you think you case hasnt move yet especially if its close to a year.

USCIS Processing center normally upates every 3 months, updates are posted usually on every 30th day of the month. You may request for expedite for processing of your case but only on extreme hardships and events and will have to provide bulletproof documentation. An info pass will be needed to see an immigration officer in person in the event that you need to request an expedited request.

Interviews are normally waived if you have supplied enough documentation on your application. Were talking about bulletproof evidence and completed forms, though an RFE usually gets sent out right away if they need additional documents.
