    Things are indeed moving.  Filed at VSC.
     
    Filed I-751:  9/14/2017
    Set up InfoPASS appointment for I-551 stamp:  8/15/2018
    Filed N-400:  9/24/2018
    New Card Being Produced:  10/5/2018
    Card Delivered:  10/15/2018
    N-400 Interview Scheduled:  12/19/2018
     
    Never received any notifications that it was transferred to a local office.
    Never received any notifications about 18 month extension.

    This morning our neighbor appears on our doorstep n she found my extension letter on her mailbox smh seriously? but im still thankful i have it now

    Hello everyone ,
     
    I just came back from a 3 weeks trip , I travelled with an expired green card and extension letter.....No issues at all , everybody seems to know the combo.

    I got the transfer to another  office , I called them to make sure which office was transferred to....it was patomac in Virginia.

    I had the biometrics done in mid December and have the same message.

    Same thing , I checked this morning and it says on March 5 my case was received at my local office.

    Just in case If you would like to have a case number , I called and asked for Tier 2 and he gave me mine over the phone.

    I've waited 30 days and called and then put in a request ...Still waiting !!

    @FrancesTaber here is the number I called (800) 375-5283 and I  typed 1 2 2 2 ....customer service rep answered and then I requested to speak to level 2.

    Same boat as you guys @FrancesTaber....I got NOA1 Dated December 15 2017 and still have not got my Biometric letter.
     
    After calling several times and talk to customer service I have not got any useful information from them , so today I decided to request to talk to Tier2 and they transferred me with no issues. I've waited 36 mins and got the call back from an IO , he gave me a case number so I can check online and put in a request for Biometric Appointment.
     
    So my advice , I would call and do that as well.
