    Hello, Completing 5yrs as permanent resident on 30June23 and 90 days early filing is 04/01/2023. We travelled outside U.S. for 27days last 2019 before pandemic. Does 90days early filing date affects since we were out of the U.S. for 27days? or can we still file 90 days early filing by 04/01/2023?
