My PD is October 20th

On April 27th Notice of approval of 1-130 submitted by USCIS

Called NVC 29th May. They confirmed they received the case but didn't have a  case number assigned. 

Still waiting and feel like it shouldn't take this long to assign a case number if they already have the petition from USCIS. 

 

Can anyone guide me on timelines? Would really like to understand how long it will take before I get to submit my documents to NVC.

NOA2 April 16

sent to nvc April 24

nvc received May 1

Case number & invoice June 6

Paid fees June 6 

waiting for fees to be processed, which they say will be 2 days and then we can complete forms and upload docs.

No, they just emailed me today. It was 5 weeks 1 day!

NVC received May 1st

Case Number email June 6

Paid fees June 6

It was updated on the USCIS account. Just logged in and it said it was sent on the 24th

Did you get an email? Cause I haven't received any email for interview or cc. I called them and got the cc date and then interview date. But no email so far.

How long has it been taking for the case to be sent to the NVC? Mine was at NSC.

Any news on how the NVC is processing now? Had my NOA2 on April 16th. Ready to get this party started!

Anyone know how long til it gets to NVC now? Timelines are showing a couple weeks. Is that about right ? Is there no way to check except by calling?

Opened account and case was approved.

USC sponsering son under 21 (IR 2)

IR 1 for spouse still pending (p.d 10 oct)applied on same day!
