But some people gave me advice that my f should go to USCIS local office in our city, and we did.. one guy there told that he would send a request and after that nothing changed, and my f went there again and talked with another officer, who really helped us.. we think so because the next day we got approved.. we called him and he said that he sent our docs (copied our rfe and sent directly) again and sent request. I hope that you will get it soon too! Try to do the same way!

Hi mam..i feel you next2 week woll hit 2 mos for us since uscis receive our response..my f called and all the representatives says no updated info.our rfe was an easy fix send it two days after they send the rfe to us and hear nothing at all..

on the top right corner click on the drop down “Find Your Senators”. Select your State. A new page will open with your States two Senators. Beside their name usually has their contact information or go to each Senators main personal website and in there they have more depth information on how to contact and sometimes specifically an immigration category. Best of luck!!

Im trying to sprinkle some hope & positivity only because there is this 1 month gap from now until then, and no one really knows the actuality of how long background checks -> adjudication it really takes.  I pray you are near the end of checks and the adjudication is rapid. Alot can happen in a month, I hope you dont have to put in any more effort than you already have!

Hi..ii feel you, next week mark our 60 days since they receive our rfe , my f called and told that they were no updates and they put us on service request..our rfe is simple they say we didnt tick the yes or no on a background history but we actually did..are you approve already?tank u

Tank you, i will tell my f again to call, he called yesterday and talk to. Tier 2 and told him that still no updated info, just wondering because on our actual form 129 he marked that portion and when they send an rfe to us they told that we omit to answer that yes or no..

Helo we are rfe also and on our 26 days our rfe was very easy just an omitted check to yes or no ..we resend it on that day but up to now still no news i am on my 298 days today..the new site still says we receive your form 129 not updated so i quit checking site..i hope we can get ours too..it os really frustrating

Exactly 9 mos my f got our Rfe,in the mail no update on new and old site..and thanks God its just a simple rfe missed to check one box..atleast a movement on our case..hang on there and pray hard it will come soon..godbless

I did put in an online inquiry over a month now. However the email I received following up on the inquiry never stated a time frame (30-40-60days) like I read on here from others. Well fingers crossed for these coming days. 

I am dec 7 filler and still no update until now, i give up checking the site everyday..one of our dec group chat filler is dec 1 noa1 and no updates on her case ..its hard to wait, and seeing some of dec fillers are visa on hand already,while i am still waiting, they are already approving feb fillers..only God knows

I have called 3 times and talked to a tier 2 person twice and also submitted a request for more info due to being outside processing times. 

 

I think the USCIS is getting annoyed at me because they made a comment when I called saying that I need to read the email response that says I should follow up in 45 days. 

 

I am lucky that I get to see my fiancé in one month.. I hope we have some news by then... 

 

I am dec 7 also, and everytime my f called he cant get clear answer,they are approving february already and some of my co fillers at group chat are already visa on hand while.me is left behind...

Im curious about supervisory check ,when my fiancee  called we got rfe and will resend t on 21st so i am patiently waiting to be resend..but on new site it still says case receive..

Maybe they lost our case and they’re just making up different stories when we call? I can’t think of another reason for this to be so difficult.

Were the same ..dont have noa2 but receive an email stating still reviewing and last took an action was july 19..8 days now of 45 days
