Let me know who is interested for WhatsApp group. Communication would be easier in whatsapp group.

My case updated on 26th March,  when we send an inquiry.  I don't think they left or may be they are working remotely.

My parents case been in AP since June 2017 and still now update and now its showing refused.. not sure whats going on

My case was in AP since last 25 month's and now it's showing refused. I heard alot of ppl cases showing refused.  Can you guys check your case and let me know what's going on

Janurary 16, 2020 status online changed to issued 

Janurary 21, 2020 passport ready for pick up. 

 

Why did they ask to fill DS 260 again? 

Is it necessary?  Or does it have some expiry date

Is there anyway to check out case, where is it right now during administrative processing. 

And I opened my DS 260 online form,  my email address is mentioned wrong,  but it shows completed, should I change it now? My DS 260 was filled 2 years ago.  Any suggestions would highly appreciated.

Whom did you contact for WOM and how much they charge if you don't mind me asking. 

I have been in AP since Jan 2018. Case CR1. I went for WOM 8 months ago and my lawyer still has not started case yet he is just keep writing letters.  And as per him, you will get visa soon.  My case last updated 22jan 2020 without inquiry.

What kinda engineer are you? I have been in AP since Jan 2018, I'm telecommunication engineer, they never asked for my cv. 

And how long have you been in AP?

We contacted Senator of my district and sent at least 2 inquires in the last 4 months but same answer as always that the case is under AP.  I did ask the embassy to return my wife's passport so we can plan a trip together.  She got her passport back. We will send it back to the embassy once she comes back from our trip. The wait continues......

sad thing is our lives are on hold. May God solve our problems.

Yes, in islamabad embassy. my wife filed my case and she is US citizen.
what about your case, any update, any response from embassy?

Senator office will email you first and ask your case details and your wife needs to sign the release form so Senator office can contact ISL embassy. Remember there are only two US senator from each sate so your wife can pick anyone or pick K.Harris since she is planning for 2020 presidential election.

You will get visa by June 2019 or before IA.

Yes, CO told me at the end of the interview about email and after 1 day i got email ( DS 5535).
i have simple pakistani name (waseem ahmed)
CO asked questions about pictures, how we communicate, my wife likes or unlikes, about my education, about my school,  how many times we met before marriage . who paid for my school, about my brother business etc.
i never travelled abroad, don't have job history etc.

It is very difficult for me to give you an estimate date of  visa  but If I have to then it will be June 30, 2019.

Can I have estimated time to get visa plsssss? 

My interview date was 23rd Jan 2018, my visa category is IR-1 cr1, by profession I'm telecommunication engineer, it's been more than one year send several inquiries but no luck yet. They gave me white form in which 221g was ticked and I got ds additional questionnaire as well. 

My wife visited me in Jan 2019 and she is with me right now. 

Any

suggestions what should I do.
