Ugh you guys seem to get them so fast! Im getting worried that I did something wrong.

I was wondering how long most cases take to receive there receipt saying they got it or when they get the NOA? We tracked our package and saw that they got it two weeks ago, but have yet to receive anything in the mail or email.

My husband is coming over to the US in a few days and while he is here, we are going to file for the I-130, I-485, and EAD together. (I am a US Citizen) His visa allows him to stay in the US for 6 months. If we file while he is in America and his visa runs out, is he allowed to go back to his country and then return when the interview is needed? Or is he allowed to stay? I have heard both answers.
