So my interview is on august 2. But i noticed the Form 1-864 of my aunt's was signed in blue ink. So is it okay to submit it as is? Or scanned documents withher signature is better? Please enlighten me. Thank you!

Ok so our case was approved for expedite last June 14 and NVC sent our packet to the embassy on June 15, 2016. However, in CEAC site it says "in transit" still. We called NVC and said it on the US embassy now. So we called embassy and they just escalated our case got a notification email for my inquiry but till now there's no reply. I dont know why they dont allow us to talk to a supervisor. I am loosing hope and even regretting the expedite request. Thinking to call the USCIS too to make a new case and ask for an expedite. My goodness im getting crazy. Embassy agents cant really help, they just say "just wait". Hope someone could help me. Or give me some good thoughts. Thank you!

There's really not much else to do...you're talking about physical mailing times, and about a week or so is typical.

We got the expedite notification. But from the mnl notif. None yet. I did ds-260 and it says our case is in Manila already. im getting nervous.

Hi! I have a question. Our expedite request has accepted ang approved! I believed we are automatically skipped the nvc! But today i received a welcome letter so meaning we still need to do step 1-6? Or just wait yet for the expedite notif? Thank you

Oct. 26, still nothing! I hope itll come soon. Im getting nervous. 

I am an october filer. Expecting for approval this month or early may. However in the uscis website, its still says our receipt number does not recognize in their system. Is it normal? Thank you!

He shouldn’t have filed taxes as single, there have been cases on here where the consulate have taken this to show the relationship isn’t real. Ask him to file amended taxes for the years he filed as single when he should have filed married filing separately, he will need to print and hand write nra in the ssn box

NVC wont affect at all, so we will ammend later before the interview. We used turbo tax tho dont know how to put NRA

My husband filed single instead of married. Does it affect our immigration process? And since we will have a joint aponsor. Thank you!
