Our lawyer mailed in our I-129F packet in on January 12th, should be arriving atUSCIS today, January 16th. But our lawyer already forget to include my fiancée's proof of american citizenship and said that she was already working on sending it in along with form I-94 which she also didn't send stating that it was not necessary, even though it's listed as one of the required documents (I was in the US for a year under a scholarship). Should I already expect to receive a Request For Evidence later on or will they just receive the two packets and put it into our file? Has anyone ever heard of a similar situation?
