@Greenbaum im annulled and we filed using my finality too. Im worried because people were telling me that we should have include the PSA too in our packet. Plus does divorce decree is different from court decision? And is it needed upon interview? Or just PSA MC ?

Hello.. does anyone knows if uae police clearance is still needed upon interview? And how to obtain one please. Its confusing some people tells that it is waived.

Ive read that some used their CoF and present the annotated Marriage Certificate (Null and Void)  during the interview. 

Hello, im joanna and im a new member here. So here's my question:

I just received my Certificate of Finality from my lawyer. Me and my fiance are planning to start our K1 application, would the Certificate of Finality will be sufficient or do we have to wait till we get my annotated marriage certificate (null and void) from the PSA (Philippine Statistics Authority)?
