  2. first you need to file I-30 for your wife in uscis gather all your documents your marriage contract, wedding pictures, bank accounts that you had you both names on ii you and your wife,  rental agreement and anything that your relationship is true. She can't work with out working permit and the main first step is petition her since she already in the United States

What exactly is your question? You fulfill the residency requirements and it looks like DNA is ok. Just file CRBA?

Dna for me and for my daughter is ok and I fulfill my residency requirements but the embassy asking for my bf to take DNA test but i told them he's not the biological father do you think I still have a chance to bring my daughter in the us?

  4. I suggest to call the federal immigration in usa  to find out what are you going to do and yes you are overstayed and maybe you can go the us embassy there in Europe if you find one and ask them what is the best way to do before you going back to the states maybe when you come back to the usa with out doing nothing the immigration officer might hold you in the airport and think you abandoned your green card because you've been gone for almost a year question you why did you leave the usa for almost a year just keep your medical records and everything and show it to them just case they question about your medical records since that's the one of your records that you been hospitalized there in Europe good luck and God bless

  7. yes all the required documents is in their checklist on their website and about the itineraries its doesn't matter because some travel agency they don't give original copy its only email or photocopy just tell them and if don't believe you tell them to call the airlines or travel agency when you buy the plane ticket so they can verify from there it's not a big deal and just gathered all the documents that you have right now and bring the original on the time of your interview
