https://www.house.gov/representatives/find-your-representative Is where you can find your congressperson. I finally found out I now have a NVC case# Tuesday and case is now in transit. Your congressperson has a website and instructions on how you can inquire. I had to mail mine and was contacted by his director and now she is my point of contact.
Hi ChinaSandeep Is your Case in transit to NVC or in transit to Embassy. How you were successful locating your file? Did you locate your file after you contacted your congressman or they sent it themselves? Did you sent a written letter to your congressman? Good luck ! My congressman only have the options to email him. I did that like a month ago still no response. What should I do at this point? Is there anyway I can call him. My zip code 66212.Congressman Kevin Yoder

Also waiting. Our NOA2 was Nov1st. I contacted the NVC research and they have said they don't have it. One of the reps I spoke with said it'slost because they don't have it. I've emailed them NVCReseach 3 times and I have submitted an inquiry myself to USCIS and I also have my congressman checking for me. Because this is ridiculous. Almost 2 months ugh...
ChinaSandeep sorry to hear you are having the same problem. Have you heard about your case yet? Recently I got an email from NVC Research team saying my case is on the way. And I was really excited but today I got an email from CSC USCIS officer saying "We acknowledge your concern regarding the transfer of your petition to the NVC. Currently, we are experiencing a delay with file transfers to the NVC. Your petition will be forwarded to the NVC as soon as possible. We acknowledge your concern regarding the timeliness of your petition’s file transfer and are doing everything possible to forward cases to the NVC in a timely manner." How the hell they have a delay for certain cases only. I don't know what to do at this point. I still have not contacted my congressman. I actually don't know how to do that. Can you share your experience on how you contacted your congressmen. Thank you, wish you all the best.

Did they say it is under Administrative Review? I am also still waiting for NVC Receive called today and still nothing. USCIS Tier 2 still cannot verify if they have sent it to NVC or not.
NOA2 October 31st
While I emailed them, california service center they said it is under final review and will be sent in next 7 days. It's been a long time after that, and that does not look like that was true. Who told you it is under administrative review.

Hi Could you guys please tell me what I should do in this situation. My case was received by CSC on April24, 2017. My petition was initially approved on september 15th 2017. My case still has not reached NVC. After I sent an email to nvcresearch@state.gov and NVC emailed USCIS, the approval date changed to November 2nd. They also came up with the updated information saying my case is in Final review. How the hell is it in final review if I already received the approval notice and it says approved. I also got the second approval notice after they approved it again. Now I am just waiting hoping it will reach the NVC. Three months after NOA2 and I don't even know where my case is.What should I do now?

But it got back to uscis and they reapproved right? So at least it won't expire because your latest noa2 will apply to that.
as it is their mistake they should be sending it faster but we'll... you know uscis..
almost everyone who got their noa2 after 11/1 is waiting because cases aren't being send to NVC. So as your new noa2 is that date too you may be in the same boat.
i would still conctact the congressman as you are waiting for too long. In my opinion you should contact your congressman of where you live so, maybe start contacting them.
"But it got back to uscis and they reapproved right?" sorry if my initial post was not clear. My case was approved by USCIS on september 15th and then it's been sitting there. Never sent to NVC. And reapproved on November 2nd.
But, thank you for your suggestion about contacting to congressman. Should I call them or email?

I believe because it took too long they just approved it again to renew your expiration date of noa2.
i do not think where you live then matters but where you live now (Kansas) should be the one you should contact.
So, what should I do in this case. Even after they approved 2nd time which is Nov 2nd, it's been a long time and my case is still not at NVC. Do you have any suggestions

What???!!!!!
You're waiting for it to get to NVC but it was already at NVC and approved.
Something is missing here, did NVC send it back to USCIS
No it has never reached NVC. I called NVC and asked if they have received my case. That's what I mean. My problem is USCIS initially approved my case on September 15th 2017. But, NVC still have not received my case

Hi Could you guys please tell me how did you contacted the congressman. My petition was initially approved on september 15th 2017 and I started contacting NVC around mid October. My case did not reach NVC until the end of 6 weeks period which they recommend us to wait. And after I sent an email to nvcresearch@state.gov the approval date changed to November 2nd. They also came up with the updated information saying my case is in Final review. How the hell is it in final review if I already received the approval notice and it says approved. I also got the second approval notice after they approved it again. Now I am just waiting hoping it will reach the NVC. Three months gone still has not. I have not contacted the congressman so far. Can you guys tell me how to contact the congressman. I live in Kansas now, but when I applied I was in Texas. So, which congressman should I contat?

ChinaSandeep my file reached NVC on Friday. I found that after I called them. I still have not got email or anything from them. But, they gave me a case number. But when I try to track the case it says case not found. I called them and they said the file is in administrative processing. How many days did you have to wait before they send it to Embassy. Did you get any email from NVC once the file reach there? If yes after how many days?
