It took USCIS 1 month to send me the I-130 Receipt Notice. This delayed the I129F(K3) filing because you need the receipt notice from I 130 to file for I 129 F.

And USCIS approvals are for sure based on I129-F Notice dates, unless you tell them that you only file for I130 (CR1). So CR1 is a better visa than K3.

My I129-F was sent to Embassy but USCIS website still says "Case Pending" so you can imagine how accurate this website can be.

yap the approval of k3 will be based on 129f since ur in k3 , so just follow the 129f

what keeps me worried is that My lawyer originally mailed the I-130 package May 8,2007. A week after that, we called USCIS and were told that they got the package May 15. The lady gave us the receipt no. When we checked that online,their system is not yet updated. And after a month, we checked online and it sayys On June 1,2007 we received this I-130....., to think that they received it may 15?, So frustrating!!! Another thing we got the receipt notice hardcopy july 16. and in our receipt nlotice, there is no received date indicated nor a priority date. What's there is the receipt date July 11? So do you think They would go on July 11 date, even they originally received it May 15? Its their fault why I sent the I-129f late, because of their 45 days mailing delay of the NOA1 .

Anyone who experience the same thing? thanks! any help, or suggestion?

OK , im get confused also with ur story , u said u dont have received date indicated ? where the july 16 come from ? and where is the july 11 written ? coz there customer nub and online is not really reliable so u will based on the hard copy notice u will get , and follow the notice date and there is really no priority date in 130 receipt notice , only the RECEIVED DATE AND NOTICE DATE, just send the 129f as soon u received the notice receipt send it along with the 129f , coz since ur going to do the K3 visa. the 129F notice is the one u will follow.

Just found out that our visa was released by the Embassy 19 November. We are hoping we receive it by Friday so she can catch her flight on Tuesday.

thats good tsup2 we almost have same problem thats why we have delays , i hope when i call back in friday its already released to delbros

and one thing more as soon the site have ur interview sched u can print your sched and called the slec to sched for advanced medical more on when u have kids flying with you , coz kids have to have 3 days medical since they are giving skin test and its result waiting period is 48 hrs and from wat i experienced my daughter result did not released coz lack of one signatory it took me delay to issue the visa . so better be advanced , the medical is valid 1 month prior to the ineterview .

my letter from NVC is delayed i already checked in the site the interview sched before my husand gets the hard copy , so best is just checked in the inteview site as often as u can

try to call the embassy i got news 2day that mine is already printed out and ready to stamp on the passport , im gonna call back again by friday to know its been released on delbros

hmmm who is member here also have resched of interview it took days only i think not sure how many though but not month , but it maybe also depend on wat is ur reason why u have to resched.

from wat i noticed coz i have to come back 4 times in medical i think its monthly and yes the cp is still allowed inside the slec

the new nub is 301-2000 and try local 5185 the lady there named grace is more nice and easy to ask , she will give wat u need to know for my experience , its me who followed up the interview though , coz when u dialled the call center they always give 1 to 3 months option before they have update which is not true coz based on my experience when the embassy received my petiition sept 25 from NVC , i checked after a month i have already sched interview , so my advice is just keep on checking on the site and call that nub .

Hello about mine i just called two times actually one is yesterday , first i dialled 301-2000 loacl 5184 and i talked to sophie and all she said to me is dialled the call center nub which is the 1909 and when i dialled it the operator checked my case it said that its not updated yet and they dont received any documents i passed and the medical result of my daughter , more fraustrating to me and then i called again 301- 2000 nub this time its local 5185 i dialled , i get to talked to grace , and she is nice and take a look at my case and she said that its updated last nov 15 and its for issuance of visa and this will take 2 wk including delivery,and i called again by friday to check this was yesterday call i made. And today for im not satisfied for two wks waiting i called again and i used a trick that i said that i get a letter from the embassy today that stated i have to passed the medical result of daugther , so in the end my drama is that im confused about it coz just yesterday i called and talked to her she said everything is fine and its for visa issuance already and so she checked as in carefully the case and wat did she told me , that the visa is already printed and i will call this friday to call if its being released in delbros. In my experienced u really have to call everyday coz when they say friday next wk , its mostly not accurate and sometime u have to do trick just to get the info u want . Anyway good luck to all of us who is waiting is not over .

We had our interview on Nov 9 and has not been released to Delbro yet.

well i txted the delbros and they say its not yet there i called the embasy yesterday the lady named sophie mine is already forward to the consul who interviewed me , and i asked usually how many wks im going to wait 2 wks for the issuance of visa she said no not that long so if not that long meaning this wk i will received. my husband is getting heart attack for this process , its been long 3 yrs since we knew each other and we deserve a break , i hope this wk will be

yuppers! i already thought that they put me on AR cuz im waiting for a week already and this lady that i talked to said that they are still in review with my papers but she told me that they can see no problem with it and ask me to call them again after 2 weeks from the date of my interview if i cant recieve the visa this week so they can make a follow up report....(freakin answer!)... but when i visit the delbros site today,my visa is out for delivery...

is a refusal under 221(g) of the immig law act, and request for further evidence the same thing as a denial

If they didn't ask for it then they didn't want it. You will probably get a text from DELBROS in a day or two. Good luck
