Just a recap: April 2018 we applied to remove conditions at VSC. Case got transferred to TSC on March 20th, 2019. Receipt number starts with EAC181525****

You need to submit your partner's change of address form. He needs it to do that as a person responsible for your life so that you don't become a public burden for 5 years.

And this is old case check site:

https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/mycasestatus.do 

Finally the old USCIS Case Status site changed to "Case Ready for an Interview".

I'm VSC to TSC transfer March 20 & EAC18152****** lot.

From sending application to here, it's 16.5 months.

Hang on, we are very close. It will be a breeze.

You can go online if your nearest USCIS service center accepts online booking.

This year our local center stopped accepting online reservation and I guessed it's mostly same with other centers.

As you wait for the call back, you could try online, and maybe try calling again.

Why do they need to call back instead of making an appointment on the spot, it's a mistery.

Pls do know that it's your right to get the stamp.

I only received a 12-month extension letter and did InfoPass to get another 1-year extension on passport before travelling abroad.

You should have no problem in getting the I-551. Just call the general USCIS customer service number to arrange the InfoPass near your location.

139 days here as well since transferred to Texas from Vermont !

I see, AppleP, you've got the 18-month extension. As weiwei suggests, you should be able to do InfoPass in some location when the letter will expire in 30 days. That's what a lawyer recommended me. My case was only 12-month extension so it seems it was easier for USCIS to handle the situation. You'll need to call the general USCIS customer service number to get a stamp on your passport when the time comes. They will make an appointment for you on the spot.

Have you received a 18month extension letter?

If not, you have the right to request an extension stamp on your passport.

To get it, call USCIS customer service or go online to arrange InfoPass appointment at your local USCIS.

I started the ROC process with same situation as you. My research lead to conclusion that if you (general "you") do not disclose the info before receiving 10-year GC, you risk facing difficulties after ROC. So you might want to talk to a good lawyer if you're divorcing before receiving GC. It'a little complicated, but there's a way. On the other hand, if you're divorcing after receiving 10-year GC, it could be seen suspicious to USCIS, but it's not your fault and you can't do anything with it, so it should be fine.

In my case, I was so lucky to find a very reasonable, understanding lawyer in the area. I called many places but he charges 1/3 of others as a whole ROC packet. The consultation is free. Should you need any info, feel free to message me.

I'm an April filer VSC and transferred to Texas on March 20.

Looked up 100 cases before and after me. Of the 100, about 20 are I-751 and almost all were transferred to TSC.

No I-751 approval yet.

There are 2 different case status sites. My status on the old site (https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do) still had that error up until today when it changed to “card in production”. On the new site (https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/) my status has always and still does now say “case was received”. Uscis is a mess.

Thanks to you I checked my case status with the old USCIS site again.

Behold, for the first time since submission of I-751, it has the right status !!

Before that, it had never displayed any information, saying my case status is unavailable.

In the meantime, new USCIS site is still showing "Fingerprint Review Completed".

Just received a letter from USCIS notifying my case was transferred to Texas Service Center.

VSC April filer.

VSC received:                 4/16/2018

NOA 1:                             5/7/2018

Transfer Notice Date:    3/19/2019

New USCIS case status check website still showing biometrics was complete.

NOA1 letter received in mail last Saturday. VSC.

According to the notice:

Received Date:  04/16/2018

Notice Date:      05/07/2018

My lawyer still has the real I-797C. Have to renew my driver license... 

Check cashed today after almost a month after reaching VSC.  Seems like VSC check handler came back from vacation.

First time to look forward to check getting cashed  

Please do post if anyone was successful in renewing Driver License without NOA1 letter !!
