I was having so much trouble on my case at the NVC and was able to talk to Supervisor Justin. He said that I can ask for him anytime! If you want to get your case done faster and done right, don't even deal with the people at the NVC. Call the NVC directly and just ask for Supervisor Justin, hes happy to help!
